What is our turnaround time?
This really depends on the scop of the project and what is needed. It can vary from 1 - 4 weeks.
What are your payment terms?
A 50% deposit and a signed contract is required to lock in your shoot with the final payment made prior to your content being released.
Do you return products
Unless the product had to be used or damaged to create the shoot you can get your products back. In order to do so include return postage. Otherwise non-perishable products will be stored for up to 6 months.
What are your rates?
The rates for shoots are not one size fits all. They will vary due to your needs for the deliverables and the scale of the project, as well as anything involved in creating it, from props to background or extras and editing time.
