The creative production process
It's starts with a Hello!
Let's have a chat about your goals and objectives for the project!
We want to ensure I understand your branding message, target audience, and desired mood and style for your video. This is done through a questionnaire and creative brief (if you have one)
It's also important that we go over any specific requirements you may have, such as particular details or product features that need to be highlighted.
Pre-Production
Now we plan and organise! I use Milanote to create the mood board, storyboards, scripts and shot list to capture your vision in a detailed plan for each video required.
Props & Assets
Once the shots and storyboards are refined and accepted, I then proceed with sourcing all the parts we need before the shoot, as well as make sure your product is camera ready!
Production
It's time to say "ACTION"! Depending on the complexity of the projects the shots will be captured over a few days, and you can check in on the progress too during that stage too.
post-Production
I edit the video footage to create a seamless visual story of the product. This includes colour correction, sound editing, and the addition of any special effects or graphics. I will provide a rough video cut for review and feedback for the revision rounds.
Once it's all approved, I will send you the final file, and you can use post it!

FAQ
What is our turnaround time?
The entire process generally takes around 4 - 5 weeks, from the initial contact to the end product.
Turnaround is 5 - 14 days from the shoot date, depending on my current workload and the project. If you do have a deadline, please let me know in advance, and I will do my best to try and accommodate it.
What are your payment terms?
A 50% deposit and a signed contract is required to lock in your shoot with the final payment made prior to your content being released. ( Depending on the size of the project other payment plans can be available )
Do you return products
Unless the product had to be used or damaged to create the shoot you can get your products back. In order to do so include return postage. Otherwise non-perishable products will be stored for up to 6 months.
What are your rates?
The rates for shoots are not one size fits all. They will vary due to your needs for the deliverables and the scale of the project, as well as anything involved in creating it, from props to background or extras and editing time. For a rough guide, do get in touch directly, and I can try and best advise you.
